Solar Service Center has developed a Commercial and Residential Lease program. The Lease program allows businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and residences to take advantage of renewable generation at 20 percent discount off 2010 rates*.

In tough economic times, costly upfront fees of Solar and tightened lending market make purchasing PV systems unattainable. Our program allows the average homeowner, NPO, or business the opportunity to save 20 percent in 2010, with a rate escalation in line with inflation. This is often more than 50 percent less than the rate of escalation from the Utility.

*No money down and 20% savings may vary by utility, home, fees, etc. Every installation is different and until calculations, site survey, and an analysis of 12 months Utility bills, we cannot confirm actual savings. Savings are based on historical usage and may actually change if customer’s habits, Utility rates or government taxation is changed.
